Xarel·lo's 2021 vintage arrives with a new label
Bohigas presentation with a lot of news at Barcelona Wine Week
The reference wine show in the whole world is the Barcelona Wine Week, which this year has more than 600 exhibiting wineries. On this occasion, Caves Bohigas has participated in the stand of Terra Nostra Vinos, the export group which Bohigas belongs together with other wineries from different designations of origin.
Making the most of its presence at the BWW, the Odena winery has presented the new vintage of the Xarel·lo white wine, which also has a new label. Bohigas Xarel·lo 2021 vintage is marked by the scarcity of rain during that year, which produces healthy grapes with great acidity. Thanks to this acidity, a white wine is obtained with notes of citrus, sour pineapple and fresh fruit on a herbaceous background and sweet spices, characteristic aromas of the variety and with a special character that defines the wine.
At the same time as the new vintage is being presented, Bohigas wanted to launch a new label for Xarel·lo. Without losing the essence and elegance of this white wine, its image has been renewed, giving it more life, brightness and modernity.
Soon you will be able to enjoy this monovarietal wine made from 100% xarel·lo in establishments and restaurants. Bohigas's recommendation is to pair it with starters, fish and seafood.
